What if I only have a case involving a suspended driver’s license and no other charges?

Generally speaking  if it is a first setting we are going to grant you time (depending on the issue(s) that caused your driver’s license to be suspended), to get that issue resolved (e.g. failure to pay a citation) and to get your license reinstated.  Our goal is for you to get yourself legal by having a driver’s license.  We will be reasonable in giving you time to resolve these issues.  Appear at your regular court time and wait to speak with a DAG.
